What fills you · Yes or no

Does a tidy room change how your evening feels?

The choices: Yes or no.

Answer it tonightOpens the five of tonight with this question first. No email.

How it is answered

Yes or no. You tap yes or no, and no is a complete answer. Many of the smallest and most telling moments of a day are either there or not, and a single tap respects that.

When it is asked:A light question about who you are and what fills you, asked to sharpen the profile that the other questions are chosen from.Depth 1:An easy question that takes a second to answer and asks nothing uncomfortable.

Why Insenia asks this

The fifth question of most evenings is an exploration question, and it is almost always the easiest one of the set. It asks where you would end up with a free afternoon, what reliably drains a day, what you would learn next if time were no issue.

These answers do not go into a time series. They fill in the profile, so that the other four questions can be chosen for the person you are rather than for a generic user.

What it tends to reveal

This dimension does not produce patterns in the calendar, it produces a sharper picture of the person. After two weeks the app knows whether you come alive late at night, how much company feels right and what a good week always has in it.

That picture shows up indirectly, in which questions start arriving. Someone who answers that cooking calms them will, in time, be asked about the kitchen rather than the gym.
