How it is answered
Yes or no. You tap yes or no, and no is a complete answer. Many of the smallest and most telling moments of a day are either there or not, and a single tap respects that.
When it is asked:A question chosen for tonight because of what you have answered before, what is going on in your life or the pattern that is forming.Depth 2:A question that asks for a moment of honest looking back on the day.
Why Insenia asks this
Energy is the dimension that moves most from day to day, so Insenia measures it most evenings. The core slider runs from empty to full and the follow up questions ask when the peak came and what drained it.
A few questions look at where energy went: work, people, worries or screens. Others ask whether today borrowed from tomorrow with caffeine or late hours.
What it tends to reveal
Two weeks in, the time of day when energy runs out often turns out to be more stable than people expect. Afternoons that fade on the same weekday, or evenings that stay full only on days with time outside, are the kind of thing that shows up.
Energy and sleep tend to move together, and the pattern between a late evening and a flat next day is one of the first things the data makes visible. Insenia names the pattern when it is clear in the numbers and stays quiet when it is not.
