How it is answered
Yes or no. You tap yes or no, and no is a complete answer. Many of the smallest and most telling moments of a day are either there or not, and a single tap respects that.
When it is asked:A question chosen for tonight because of what you have answered before, what is going on in your life or the pattern that is forming.Depth 2:A question that asks for a moment of honest looking back on the day.
Why Insenia asks this
This dimension asks about the voice in your head and how it spoke to you today. Was it a critic or a coach, did you catch something harsh, did you take credit for something that went well.
The questions are gentle by design and most of them are a single tap. Rest without having to earn it first, and forgiveness for a small thing from today, are asked as plain yes or no questions.
What it tends to reveal
Over two weeks the balance between hard on myself and kind to myself often moves with the kind of day, with the harder self talk landing on the heavier days. That link is one of the clearer patterns in the data for many people.
What you expected of yourself that nobody else did tends to repeat as well, often the same one or two expectations. Insenia describes the repetition and does not tell you what to make of it.
