How it is answered
One tap from a few options. You see three or four short options and tap the one that is closest to your day. A short list is faster than a sentence and still tells the app what kind of thing happened, not just how much.
When it is asked:A question chosen for tonight because of what you have answered before, what is going on in your life or the pattern that is forming.Depth 2:A question that asks for a moment of honest looking back on the day.
Why Insenia asks this
Control is the largest thematic dimension in the bank because it touches so many ordinary evenings: whether work stopped before evening, whether the phone is coming to bed, who got your evening tonight. The wording moves around, the theme stays the same.
A few questions ask for a balance rather than a yes or no, such as how much of the day was reaction and how much was choice. For people with money on their mind, the questions also ask whether the worry got smaller today or just quieter.
What it tends to reveal
After two weeks, the evenings when work dragged on and the evenings that stayed yours usually separate clearly. The days when someone else held the steering wheel tend to land in a recognisable place on the calendar.
What eats time without asking, messages, meetings or other people's needs, often turns out to be the same thing most days. Insenia shows the repetition and leaves the conclusion to you.
