Why Insenia asks this
The body is measured about twice a week with a slider from worn out to rested. Around it are concrete questions: what came before sleep, what got the body moving, whether any part of the day was in daylight.
Some questions ask where tension lives, in the shoulders, the stomach or the head. Others ask about pace, such as whether a meal was eaten at the speed of a person who has time.
What it tends to reveal
Two weeks of answers usually make the link between the last thing before sleep and the next morning visible. A screen at night and a heavy wake up often sit side by side in the data, as do a walk and a lighter evening.
Over time the body questions tend to form a quiet thread under the rest of the dimensions. Energy, presence and how the day felt often follow how rested the morning was, and Insenia shows that link when it is clear.
