How it is answered
Yes or no. You tap yes or no, and no is a complete answer. Many of the smallest and most telling moments of a day are either there or not, and a single tap respects that.
When it is asked:A question chosen for tonight because of what you have answered before, what is going on in your life or the pattern that is forming.Depth 1:An easy question that takes a second to answer and asks nothing uncomfortable.
Why Insenia asks this
Presence is measured about twice a week with a slider from on autopilot to immersed. Around it sit small questions about attention: whether one thing got finished before the next started, whether there was a stretch without the phone.
Several questions touch the edge between work and evening, because that edge is where attention most often leaks. Whether work is still with you at night is asked as a slider, not as a verdict.
What it tends to reveal
Two weeks of evenings tend to show which kind of day leaves a person scattered and which kind leaves them immersed. Days with one thing done with whole attention often look different in the calendar from days spent switching.
Scrolling that eats into the evening and presence the next day usually move together in the data. Insenia reports the association when the numbers support it and otherwise leaves the days as they are.
